By accessing this website and/or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

This online store is operated by PT Vanderism Defense Resiliensi, a company domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia, with more than 14 years of experience in the distribution of gel blasters, airsoft equipment, and hobby accessories. All of our products are imported and traded through official channels in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

2. Buyer Eligibility

Buyers must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent. By transacting on this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Certain product categories are intended for hobby, sport, collection, and training use by adults. Any use by minors must take place under the direct supervision of an adult.

3. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, photos, and prices as accurately as possible. Actual product colors may differ slightly from what appears on your screen.
In the event of an obvious pricing or informational error (for example, due to a technical issue), we will contact you before your order is processed, and you will be entitled to cancel the order with a full refund.
Stock availability is subject to change. If a product you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will offer you a substitute product or a full refund.

4. Legal Compliance & Product Use

The gel blasters and similar products we sell are classified as toys/hobby equipment and are imported in accordance with the customs regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
Buyers must use our products responsibly and in compliance with the regulations applicable in their respective regions, including but not limited to: not using the products in public spaces, not aiming them at people or animals without appropriate safety equipment, not removing product markings, and not using the products to intimidate, threaten, or commit any unlawful act.
Always wear eye protection during play, and store products out of the reach of children.

5. Orders & Payment

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been verified (for non-COD methods) or once the order has been verified by our team (for COD orders).
Available payment methods: bank transfer/virtual account, credit/debit card, e-wallet, installment plans (credit card and pay-later services through licensed providers such as Kredivo, Akulaku, and GoPay PayLater), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible areas.
All costs — including shipping fees, COD fees (where applicable), and installment service fees — are displayed transparently on the checkout page before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.
Installment/pay-later services are provided by licensed third-party financing providers. Credit approval, interest, and billing are matters between you and the relevant provider; we will assist you if any transaction issues arise.

6. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

COD is available for selected areas and selected products, with the COD service fee clearly displayed at checkout.
By placing a COD order, you commit to accepting and paying for the package in the amount stated when the courier arrives. You are entitled to refuse a package if its outer packaging appears severely damaged or if the package is not addressed to you — in such cases, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Repeated refusal of COD packages without reasonable grounds may result in restricted access to the COD service for future orders.

7. Shipping

We ship throughout Indonesia via official courier partners. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by conditions beyond our control (weather, national holidays, courier volume). We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
We are responsible for ensuring your order arrives. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will handle the claim with the courier and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

The full terms for product exchanges and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. In summary: every product is covered by a 7-day Arrival Guarantee for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete — with the option of a replacement or a full refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Vanderism name and logo, product photos, descriptions, videos, and other materials — is protected by intellectual property rights. Commercial use of this content without our prior written permission is not allowed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the purchase value of that order.
We are not liable for losses arising from use of the products that is contrary to the instructions, unlawful, or outside their intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any of your rights that cannot be waived under Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

11. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data (name, address, contact details, order history) solely to process orders, arrange shipping, provide customer service, and improve our services, in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. 12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version, together with its effective date, will always be displayed on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably through our customer service. If no agreement is reached, resolution may be pursued through the Indonesian Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) or the competent district court.
